I gave this feedback negative because number one I got this I ordered this phone in November the last week of November it was supposed to come on 2 December but it didn’t come until the sixth then the seller was ignoring me the whole entire time then when I get the phone it’s not logged out of the Apple ID has it password on it I don’t know the password the seller didn’t give me the password they were being completely unprofessional and I want a refund on this phone because it’s horrible

"I’m sorry that was a mistake the phone is great I bought a phone from another seller and it gave me problems and I clicked the from seller to feedback I apologize deeply"
