    The sign of a good seller is when things go wrong they sort it out for you. Items went missing on first delivery and second delivery was damaged and one part missing, seller refunded me for the delay and problems with the poster hangers and sent replacement hangers as a gesture of goodwill. I couldn’t ask for more and will use again.

    Sadly the item went missing in transit but refund done without issue and although I am dissapointed the item didn't turn up , this is a test of a good business, how quickly they resolve these issue, as someone who has a business that also sells on eBay , I know how much work and lost revenue these sort of things cause, so quickly handingly the refund was appreciated.
