  Good quality marker, average cost for a marker like this, fast ship (4D), packed well and arrived in good condition, free ship, arrived as advertised no rips in packaging, only con was it was buyer pays for return (and I rarely get items in this circumstance) and you can bet if it was dried out I would have obtained a refund without paying for return cost...Almost didn't buy due to this silly constraint which ebay should do away with....just sayin....
