The item was exactly as advertised, shipped quickly, new item still in original packaging, fair price quickly negotiated, and great communication. There was even initially an error in the order, and all it took was one message that was almost immediately answered and the issue (just a simple item mistake) was resolved the same day.   Price, shipping, packaging and communication all top notch. Upon inspection, I found the spool was broken. Contacted the seller who immediately issued a partial refund to help cover the cost of a replacement spool.   I requested that the listing be packaged safely when I purchased the listing. Although I feel it should be negative feedback as the seller has sold over a thousand of listings; the console I purchased was packaged with very minimal protection for the price paid for it. Disgustingly unacceptable. Luckily, it arrived without shipping damage & appears to be in the condition it was sold for. Just a warning that this seller unlikely would put care into packaging & protecting their listing shipments.

  Could've been packaged better a bit better with some more padding, item ended up in a worse state than advertised because of it sadly. Damage was fixable though, and besides that everything was as advertised and shipped quickly.

To my recollection, I've only patronized Island Life Collectibles this once, but such a positive experience will unlikely make it my last.
