  Delivery was particularly slow, as I encountered some issues with customs where the parcel didn’t include sufficient information the seller should’ve included… This lead to me having to chase ParcelForce and push for the item to be released delaying it by nearly 3 weeks. However I can’t knock the product that was recieved, as it was as described and I’m really happy with it. The seller also issued a small goodwill gesture to me which was much appreciated and shows great customer service. Thanks

  Exactly as advertised, brand new, in manufacturers packaging, competitive price, looks great and welds seem solid. All parts present. Only minor downsides were the import taxes and the shipping timeframe, both outside of sellers control. Parcelforce sent me a literal printed letter in the mail containing your customs charges reference number, which has to be paid before they will release it for delivery. Others like DHL will just email you a link to charge, to save waiting 2 extra days.

  There was a problem with the eBay freight tracking system. The goods were not displayed until they were received. Fortunately, the seller helped to contact Swiss Freight, so that we could track the goods. Of course, the goods arrived later than the expected time. When I received the item, the packaging was complete, but there was a dent on the exhaust pipe, and the seller was responsible for compensation. The seller was satisfied with the sorting process.
