  Seller was quick to respond. I was able to pick up the product in town, which saved me shipping cost. The motherboard was as described and posted without any issues. I am very happy with the seller and the product. Local pickup did not take long and product was available right away. The motherboard may be used, but you can't beat the price especially when it came with a CPU and 24GB Ram. Now I got spare parts for testing if something was to go wrong in the future.   My local post office had issue delivering the package at first (not the seller's fault), so when I inquired, the seller quickly helped get in touch with USPS. So excellent communication and service! However, the CPU came with a couple of bent pins, luckily it was easy enough to fix, but the seller should be careful next time!
