  An absolute pleasure to deal with. Wrong item shipped, but a manufacturers incorrect model labelling, and not the sellers fault.   Seller did have a minor problem with some flooding in warehouse which affected inventory in computer matching physical products. Seller was right on to this and phoned me asking if she could send a substitute item, so I received 3 rolls of scotch clear crystal tape 12mmx20m which was a total of 60m not the original 66m, but that’s ok, she went to the trouble of phoning me to tell me what had happened and tried really hard to offer alternative. 100 points for customer service. I hope w/house isOK
