    There was a problem with delivery tracking which saw the original unit delivered to the wrong country. A real balls-up through no fault of the seller. The seller sent a replacement unit via expedited courier which arrived in 3 days. I am very impressed with how this seller acted immediately to sort out the delivery mess once I contacted them. I recommend this seller to any potential buyers. By the way, the unit works well and as expected. All good.

    No The Seller will not take back the machine and has offered to replace the machine with no delivery date just stringing us along !!!!!! and wants us to close the file We have asked for a refund so we can get what we want, with no luck!!!! They have supplied the wrong power adapter and said they do not have a aussie plug style We find that hard to beleive as there are heaps on EBay stores and all Made in china They SENT THE WRONG UNIT !!!!! NO USE to USE

    He was great. I'd tried 3 previous sellers for same item and all of them refused to send the item, saying that I lived in a "Remote Area". It was possibly because the item weighed 3 kilograms that their Express Postage would not cover the cost of. I asked "jutgae-64" to send by Standard Post and that was how I received it in record time. Thank You.
