  Item arrived damaged contacted seller was told a replacement would be sent out which never came contacted seller again didn't reply to message very disappointed with this seller won't be ordering from them again, Very poor customer service.

  We sent out a replacement without asking for a return then unfortunately we were notified that it had not turned up whilst our eBay was set to holiday mode, unfortunately we were only able to respond to messages today and have offered solutions.
