Good afternoon. Is there a reason you did not contact us? Automatic Negative feedback without asking for seller resolution or letting us know they were damaged upon arrival. We would've offered a full refund. If you look at our feedback, we sell roughly 100 packs per month & receive nothing but 100% positive feedback. I wish you would've reported to us & given us the opportunity to correct. I am not sure why they were shipped in an envelope instead of a 8x5x2 box. I'll address that w/ my staff.
