    Not in any of the areas that their ad mentioned had problems shipping to. Having problems with shipping area seems to be a trending excuse/scam on ebay judging by the feedback and about time ebay got it under control ,as not the only seller had this problem with. I assume it gives them access to personal information and funds for a short time. Refund eventually processed.
