Shipped them my item and received updates from them and loved that. I had an email explaining what was all found wrong with my item. Got it back and reinstalled it and have not looked back since.     Although contacting them ahead of time and providing my VIN, this product was NOT compatible with my Ram. They were easy to deal with on a return and ended up purchasing a refurbished TIPM from them. The new TIPM fixed my issue and also fixed an electrical gremlin I have been chasing for months (Battery Light). Shipping was fast and overall a great experience. Mistakes happen and I would recommend purchasing from them. Thanks!
