Aber: Zuerst kam nur einer statt der vier an, auf die sofortige Reklamation erfolgte zunächst keine Antwort, auf dis zweite Reklamation einen Tag später kam dann eine entschuldigende Mail mit der Zusage, die fehlenden drei schnell nachzuliefern.
