    Unfortunately i cannot rate the sale.The seller communicated well at first, but after I accepted an offer he sent, he claimed it was too low and tried to get me to pay more. I declined, but even after I urged him to honor the sale he canceled the order. Citing a problem with my address. Which was completely false. I reported this to eBay. Buyers should be cautious — the deal you accept may not be honored if the seller changes their mind or decides he wants more money from you for the item.
