Takahiro was extremely easy to work with. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, he was able to resolve them as soon as possible despite the significant time difference between us. The camera was described as near mint but what I got was basically brand new. Shipping time was a little delayed but Takahiro reassured me that the item was on it way and was mainly a customs issue. If I had to recommend purchasing Japanese goods, I would recommend purchasing with him.

A month passed after I made the purchase with no delivery of the item. I placed an inquiry with eBay about the late item and I was immediately refunded by the seller. Two days later I finally received the item. I contacted the seller stating that the item finally arrived in good condition and well packaged. I wanted to repay the seller since they refunded me but they said to keep the card. A very gracious seller. Good business ethics.
