  Although the unit was damaged by the shipping company, Hiroto san was very cooperative and friendly during the entire process. He packaged it thoroughly and professionally as indicated in the photos provided. My only wish is that the DX-7 case that was in the original product description (see photo) was included in the shipment.   Good communication! I didn't receive the pictured item but a similar one with some flaws. After I complained to the seller he was open to renegotiate the price and reimbursed an amount we agreed on. So after all I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend this seller. If you buy from him, just make sure to ask if the pictures show the actual item you are buying.

  This item came unopened (at least, based on what I could tell) and had everything inside. Although it was marketed as used it appeared to be new and clean. The seller packaged it up very nicely to ensure nothing happened to it during shipping. The price was great and it shipped almost 3 weeks faster than expected. I'm so happy I own this :)

  The seller is one of the best, if not the best, on eBay. He's always attentive and super friendly throughout the entire shipping process, which was also incredibly fast. The game? It's immaculate and super well-maintained. It looks brand new, much better than it looks in the photos. It came well protected inside and out with bubble wrap and papers. What I really loved was the thank you card, and by far, that full moon Hanafuda card, if I'm not mistaken, is the icing on the cake! Is a must buy!A+
