Communication is bad and delayed I am still waiting for my item and it’s been well over a month now not happy at all this was for my daughters bday and it’s now 3 weeks late it’s just not ok, I want my item and I want it now. I’ve reached out several times and contacted the seller with no response I want this sorted NO ITEM. RECEIVED YET!!

As per the other review left - this was one of two orders placed in November for sons 1st birthday in December. Items never received and took until February to receive 2nd refund after leaving numerous messages on eBay and Facebook business page via messenger - with no response or apology having to chase up. Seller had initially claimed to have sent items but was never received and no tracking given. Really bad customer service, poor communication. Would not order from this business again.

2 orders were placed at the same time in November for my sons 1st birthday in December. Weeks passed and realised I hadn’t received my order. Seller claimed to have posted it but never sent tracking details and items were never received. 2 refunds were required and it took until early February to receive the 2nd refund after numerous messages on eBay and Facebook business page left. No apology for the inconvenience of having to chase her up and did not respond to messages. Bad customer service!
