    I ordered 2 off 5Ah and one off 4Ah. 3 arrived marked as 8Ah but their weight indicated they were no greater than 4Ah. Supplier offered to refund me $6 and we agreed $10. They need to interrogate their suppliers. I was not a wrong label as the wrong rating was part of the moulding. Others have received refunds of only $3.

    Received 12v/18v charger and found it would not charge the 18v batteries. Was offered a replacement or refund. I opted for replacement. Was then offered a half refund as it was too expensive to send a replacement "due to shipping costs" Very poor service from this seller, DO NOT RECOMMEND

    I m very happy the Item was received at last a long time after the courier said it had been delivered. The seller was very helpful and the issue was resolved. Ultimately there seemed to be problem with the delivery company whose response was not customer friendly.
