The feedback would have been 5 stars if the seller had not chosen Federal Express as the shipper. Federal Express is incapable of providing even basic customer service, relying largely on AI bots and essentially unreachable by phone. Fed Ex claimed that I was not able to pick up this package at a Fed Ex Office due to 'seller restrictions'. No seller restrictions existed. Missed work to get package.
