    I tried multiple times to get an update on when the item would ship from the seller with no reply. After the the projected arrival date came and item still had not shipped I requested a cancellation of the order and the seller denied. I waited longer before I was able to dispute the charge and ask for a refund from eBay. Thankfully eBay has resolved the issue and refunded the order.
