He did wait a little bit to ship the item but I was not in a hurry and honestly didn't mind the wait. Thats me personally tho, might differ if a person needed an item in a hurry.

    Item is as described. Seller needs to do a better job shipping it in a box. I received my exhaust wrapped up with the tailpipes exposed causing it to arrive bent during FedEx shipping and handling. Seller did assist me after I reported its condition so I am pleased with the customer service.

    Most would call me a fool, but I disagree. I ordered and received 4 harmonic ballamcers, when I ordered and paid for 1... I emediatly contacted the seller and sure enough they shipped 3 too many.... So I rapped up the "extras" and now there on their way back to the company... One of the harmonic ballancers cost me $65 bucks! So I figured I saved them at least $195 bucks.... Foolish? Think of if the rolls were reversed... I would want the persons to send me back my property... Right?

    I received a bent oil coolant line sent a message to seller they replaced it with no problem I like that because same thing happened a couple of months ago from a different place and I had to buy a new one so I'm a new customer for these guys will definitely be ordering from seller again AAA+
