Package delivered crushed and open, molding was kinked and bent. They were quick to respond and set up fedex pick up for return.
They just refunded money instead of sending new one. This is a waste of time. I asked for new one they just responded refund sent and if I want new one I should go back and re order.. ridiculous!!!

I'm sure the shifter is a great product but mine arrived damaged. The box it was shipped in had no tape if any kind and the top half of the shifter had torn through the side and was sticking out. Base of shifter also dented/marred as if dropped on the ground. Sent seller message immediately upon arrival without any response.
