  The ad stated this was new in a sealed box. It came with the box cut open at the top and messaged the seller and got no reply - twice. Thankfully its Ebay, so I could just go through the return process. The item may have been new but who knows with an open box. They should be more clear in their advertising and more communicative with buyers. When you get no response on something like this, they obviously don't care. I won't be buying from them in the future.
