Ordered by accident at 9.30 pm , contacted seller straight away to cancel order , which they declined and said parcel had been dispatched .
How can a parcel be dispatched at that time . They did say I can refuse delivery , and they would refund on return of parcel . How can I refuse delivery when I’m at work and parcel pushed through letterbox . Will not be buying off them again . Avoid 🤬🤬🤬🤬

For this case you can refuse the delivery, when the item arrived in your paypal address. Further action would be taken when the item returned.

Ordered on 13/11. The expected delivery was already too long at 8 days. Not arrived by 30/11. Seller referred me to the courier. It's not my job to track shipment. The contract is between the courier and the seller. I shouldn't have had to wait for the matter to be resolved between them. Eventually on 30/11, seller refunded after me requesting a refund. Poor communication, and poor customer experience over all.
