In the photos, they look new. I bought them, shipping was fast, and he shipped them the same day I bought them, which I was extremely thankful for, but when the packaged arrived, only the left side of the headband of the headphones, where the control module is located, were broken; I contacted him, but no response. I hope to hear from what we could work out in this situation. I placed a picture to show. I tried using superglue, but no help. At the end of the transaction, I was misled.

I had never purchased an item on e-bay that needed to be returned, and I did not realize there is a procedure for returns. I incorrectly assumed e-mails between the seller and buyer started the return and refund process. The seller was waiting for me to start the return/refund process. Now that I am aware of the process, I wish to change my Feedback to Positive for the seller. The seller is working with me to refund my payment, and the seller has been more than gracious in this matter.

Seller contacted me, yesterday, (3/6/24) and we are back on track. Seller is going to refund my payment for the defective item, and Seller has asked me to keep the item rather than return it. I am completely satisfied with Seller's response and give Seller a "Positive" Rating.
