  Amazing seller! Although incredibly well-packed, one of the glasses had a small chip at the rim that must have occurred during shipping. Communication regarding that chip was excellent, and they wanted to be sure that I was completely satisfied with the purchase. We agreed on a partial refund, which was processed immediately.
