  I would like to commend this seller for exceptional customer service. The computer was as described in the listing, was shipped within one day of purchase, and arrived as promised. It was well packed with ample cushioning. Unfortunately I had a problem getting the machine to power up correctly. I messaged the seller, and he responded very quickly with detailed instructions on correcting the problem. I would not hesitate to make future purchases from this seller.

  This is the second refurbished computer I have purchased from this vendor . He does a great job refurbishing these units and making sure everything functions perfectly. I am amazed at all of the new software and components that are included for a very reasonable price. Delivery was very quick and the unit was well packed. It looks almost new inside and out.
