Item description Yes, they are new and blue. They are not 18", They are 17 1/2" inches. Yes, it does look funny and makes a deferens. Shipping time, 4 days late past estimated time. Seller communication wonted 20" inch in blue to but after seeing the [17 1/2"] ones not interested any more.
