* Unfortunately, the Seller's good work was spoilt by Parcelforce, who never showed up.
Had to waste time emailing and phoning them to find out why the delay, where was the item etc.
It became apparent that the item had been mislaid and tracking was not updated for 4 days. Eventually got a call to say it was found, and then finally delivered. Pretty poor service, but they did help in the end!
