Overall a satisfactory transaction. Communication was good, shipping was fast, the price was outstanding, and the item's condition matched that displayed in the photos. But the condition did not match the description. The item was described as "brand new, unopened in original packaging". I've used many rail sections over the years, and this one had most certainly been used, and I doubt the packaging I received was original. However, the low price and other good points offset any negatives.

Attempted to order these 'extra' brackets directly from Sunsetter. The first agent I spoke with was unable to place the order, so I was transferred to another rep. On hold for 20-minutes...then the call was dropped. This prompted me to check Ebay. Thankful that I did. Much better service, and much better price than Sunsetter.

The item described and showed rips along the edge of one side that was not an issue due to me cutting it down three feet. But when the awning fabric arrived it had a two inch tear along the edge of the mounting section where it attaches to the drum that was not disclosed in the ad. When you put a item up for sale with a no return policy you must show all the defects especially if they will make the item prone to further tears.. I contacted this seller first with no response. Not happy with sale
