The laptop came in secure heavy-duty bubble specifically made for laptop shipping, as well as in a heavy-duty box. Timely shipping as well. A minor flaw that wasn't noted on listing existed, but seller provided an acceptable remedy to make up for this unintentional omission from list description. Overall, a PERFECT TRANSACTION. WILL BUY AGAIN!

    Computer received and tested - refurbished exactly as described in listing, clean drive and runs very well. One of the case tabs appears to have broken off during shipping but computer was otherwise delivered in good condition as described. Would recommend oversized stiff packing boards for future shipments to protect brittle plastic. Great seller and a great value for a working vintage Quadra.

    Package was shipped promptly. Turntable appeared to be packed well, but vintage plinth (thin mdf) was damaged in transit. Spoke with seller who was very understanding and they worked with me to resolve the issue with both parties happy.     Works well. Good price. Good communication. Large dent on aluminum lid that was not described nor did it show up in your photos. Next time you should take close up pics of any damage and describe for the buyers. Shipping got held up along the way but that's not your fault. Need to use a bit more bubble wrap inside, box was nice and sturdy for the shipping. Overall I'm satisfied and would purchase from you again. Thank you and glad I found your store.
