  Superior customer service from seller - item was xmas gift ordered with predicted delivery time Dec 12-16. Seller mailed item right away, USPS tracking info showed they received it, it moved in USPS system, but then tracking stopped updating - I inquired with seller if they had any other tracking info than what I could see, seller said no, apologized and immediately refunded. Great service.
