    I ordered (3) bottles of Sweet D's. I spoke with the owner (Joe). He explained he didn't have three bottles t fufill my order. He mentioned, he could send me one bottle. Joe, explained he would make up the difference on a refund. The gentleman seemed honest. This makes 2 times I was unable to get this particular Barbecue sauce. I ordered from another seller and never received my oder. Even though I was refunded, the product was sent to the wrong address, with a picture of someone's porch.

    Excellent Seller! great prices on gutter parts. bought 4 downspouts for the price of 1 at lone despot. ship kinda slow as described in listing which is fine if you don't need right away. I wont need these here in sunny buffalo until the snow melts... hopefully before may :)

    Haven't had these for awhile so I placed the order however when the package arrived, one glass bottle had broken during the shipping process. When I contacted the seller, he quickly credited my account for the one broken bottle. I'm very happy with this purchase and with this seller.

    I ordered 6 bottles of marinade which comes in glass bottles. Upon arrival one was broken and the rest were soaked. I reached out to the seller 10 days ago to inform them of this, that I think the packaging was inadequate for glass bottles, that I had pictures if needed, and that IMO he owed me one bottle (washed the other and they appear usable). Bottles break, my main complaint is I received absolutely no response from the seller which is very rude and utterly inadequate customer service.
