The item is poorly described. I wanted a replacement remote and received a plastic cover. Contacted seller about getting a remote and was offered a 20% refund with no reference to my further order. Not worth the effort of a reply for $2. I then bought 2 remotes elsewhere, cheaper.

The name says it all, take your payment, say the item has been sent, when you click on the tracking it directs to a Chinese language website, then a week later they send a message to say something beyond their control went wrong and they can't supply the item and ask what I would like to do? this is so they can then say purchaser cancelled order, this is the second time this happened just trying to buy the same item from similarly named sellers who say the item is in Australia, avoid, scammers!

I have contacted seller informing him that item is faulty or defective ,couldn't adjust focus, lenses were loosely attached, adjusting screws loose as well,send them back,seller insisted I keep them and offering compensation of 20%, then40%,,I inform seller that I send faulty item back,it looks to me that they are having problem to understand that item is faulty, I havensend the item back, seller received it, they look ok on photo ,but didn't work as expected
