Item arrived exactly as advertised. Happy with the product this far. Negative rating is for the seller. Took 11 days and me questioning seller for my item to actually be sent, tracking number sent same day. Seller lied constantly about it being in the post from them to me. The only other explanation is the seller is deliberately misleading customers on ad stating the items are coming from Sydney, when they are in fact drop shipping. Nothing against drop shipping, but be honest about it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I purchased 3 mobile bug zappers & they only work when plugged into power. Seller was contacted who didn't want them returned as it cost too much & asked me not to leave bad feedback. I've been very patient so far & a full refund was requested & I'd return the product. The Seller only offered 20% of the purchase price which is $6.56 & to keep the none mobile zappers! The last correspondence was 18 Mar & 10 days later still no replied. No more chances. DO NOT BUY
