This seller I would recommend you stay clear from. I bought 1 clip by mistake because I assumed it was a box full because for that price I normally get 1 box. I wasn't happy when 2 turned up and message the seller straight away. To my happiness I noticed the clip was infact damaged when I showed a picture to the seller they caused me of damaging it myself. I have asked for a refund but I haven't had it and he's refusing to give me a return label so I can send it back for a refund.

Buyer sent an image of the 1 undamaged clip when received as they were expecting 100 clips along with threatening & abusive messages. I explained we would accept the return for a refund, but they would need to follow eBays process and return the item themselves the buyer then scratched the item and opened a case claiming it was damaged for a full refund for their order mistake. At no point did we refuse return –Ebay had to step in to deal with this buyer for misusing the returns & damaging item
