Instead of informing me earlier and offering a refund, they sent a different shirt without asking. They offered a $3 refund, which felt unfair and dismissive. I ordered this as a gift but it didn't arrive on time (also if it stated anywhere on their page that the items are not really in Australia I would not have ordered it). communication was fast but skipped over the Australian part.
