    Australia Post lost this parcel in their distribution centre, complete with tracking number. How ? But Jo checked up right away when it didn't arrive on time, as per Aust Post app, contacted Aust Post numerous times until she supplied a refund. It wasn't her fault, but she did everything except deliver it to my door herself. Absolutely Fantastic Seller, I can Not Recommend Jo Highly enough. We had problems this time, but she fought to the end. I'll be back again and again. A++++++++++
