    I didnt like the lamp that was sent initially. It didnt match my expectations so I reached out to the seller if i can return/refund or just get the shade exchanged. The seller did far and beyond! They gave me a few options on how to proceed. Then asked me what's the new design that I liked. I was only expecting they'll send a new shade. They included a new lighting fixture and they didnt ask me to return the original one. I'm so happy with my floor lamp now! I highly recommend the seller!
