  Seller over charged for shipping, Charging $4.99 for shipping , Then tries to send item out for 69 Cents. When we called them out on it, We stated cancel this with the 4.99 shipping ,He clearly stated he did not realize it , Which seemed to be a lie, When we asked if he was going to correct it, he refused. very poor customer service ,and will overcharge for shipping, We called him out on it,. and now refuses to sell card at his promised price.

  Wrong shipping was used by accident (since it was under $20 it defaulted to PWE); buyer immediately started with threats and name calling telling me to cancel the order. After I canceled, he tried to buy it AGAIN and now left negative feedback due the fact I had no interest in dealing with someone that starts conversations with threats and name calling after a simple mistake.

  Seller Clearly had stated on his listing $4.99 Ground shipping, Then clearly processed it as PWE, Total over charge, When he was called out on it, Got very defensive over us stating to him, What a policy was . Then played the I made a mistake, < that is because we called him out on His shipping over charge, I asked for a correction, To Cancel out the PWE, and he cancelled the who transaction, Then refused to sell it. Very dishonest seller, Ripping people off on shipping charges. Buyer beware
