  Item was described as 24 hour delivery. A week later still no delivery, contacted the sale many times but they just kept saying they would investigate and kept asking for more time. I asked if they could send a replacement but they wouldn’t. Asked for a refund but just kept asking for more time. Had to report to eBay.
