This is a seller without conscience who continues to delay shipping for over a week and asks to cancel the purchase in response to a connection message, giving a half-hearted excuse that shipping is not possible because the warehouse is on fire. It is essential to look at buyer feedback before purchasing. I wasted more than a week of time with this seller.

Shipping was slow...but came from China, so.... Packaging was good . Shoes were made VERY cheaply. The insole appears to be made out of paper or a very thin cardboard. No arch support at all. I contacted the seller for a refund. They responded quickly. They offered me a 50% discount in lieu of returning the shoes to China. They refunded 50% of the total back to my credit card VERY quickly. I kept the shoes and use them as slippers. Great customer service.
