Before the purchase, I contacted the seller and asked if the cable would work with Android carplay. The seller replied that yes, after the purchase it turned out that the cable did not work under Android carplay. I applied for a refund and return of the cable. The seller deducted the cost of shipping the cable. It was never written that the buyer bears shipping costs

All cables work with Android Auto or Apple Carplay. So it is most likely your car doesn't have that feature built in, even if it is on your phone - or you may have to change the settings to data/tether mode before you connect the device to your vehicle. The fact is, that every cable works with both services above, if the devices and car equipment also support it - as it is only looking for a data connection which is then governed by the host devices.
