  Item was lost in shipping. Not the sellers fault, but when I contacted them about it and asked for a refund after the item was weeks late/lost, they asked me to wait longer before they sent the refund. I didn’t think that was appropriate considering that the item had been lost/late for so long. They were polite to deal with tho and did eventually give me a refund.
