  Sent the wrong item, not as described, didn't seem to care. I ordered two 36 22 6 seals in a modern Yamaha packet as pictured. I recieved 37 23 6 seals in an old torn and stained packet from 1989. If I hadn't checked the size, they would've caused damage when installing them. They didn't even bother to write back to my email asking what was going on.

  The minute I got the parts back they went to the engineer who checked them with a micrometer . Somehow the wrong parts were under the right part number The minute we checked that was the case you were immediately refunded We are a fairly large busy company (not just selling on Ebay) so do the right thing and in your case our messages to you were poor - apologies but we did do the right thing so to give us negative feedback is over kill To change this to neutral would be fair please
