The address label on the package was not waterproof and the rain had smeared the ink but the lettering was still readable. Disappointed with the courier here - he just left the package at the wrong address (down the street) and marked the delivery as "delivered". Of course I was curious when I saw this notification and went to search for it. I imagine it would have been a difficult time trying to explain this to the seller had I not found it.

Packaging is not the same as shown but contents seem just as good. When I have had to contact seller due to a non delivery they corrected the error immediately with no fuss. (This delivery problem may have been due to the courier & not the seller).

Not sure why Royal Mail courier just left it at my front door but didn't knock on the door, or ring the doorbells, yes I have two of them ~ an electric bell AND a security Arlo doorbell from Verisure. I found out it was delivered via email received to say it was delivered. But anyway, thank you to 'JumpingBugzy' for a well-packed parcel in a sturdy cardboard box! Good price considering P&P and great quality!
