Communication was quick. From the item's original description I knew that one of the riv nuts was loose. Seller noticed that a 2nd was loose as was preparing to ship and contacted me to ask if I still wanted the frame. As I was planning to replace the one I could just as easily replace the 2nd but did appreciate the info. The frame was well-packed and actually arrived earlier than expected.
