One bulb appeared to be used and the chuck (lock ring) was stripped out, they initially replied fast agreeing to fix the problem, then started taking days to reply. Then they tried to get me to pay for more bulbs, so I said I was going to involve ebay, now they are saying it could take up to a week for the replacement to ship.
