Item was supposed to be glass, i got a plastic one. Contacted them they first offered a $3 refund, i said no wanted what I ordered or full refund, i was offered a replacement but was going to take 55days to arrive ( first order arrived under 14days. I said not happy with this so was offered i higher refund. I accepted this as I could see this dragging on and on.
So will never buy them again
