Per USPS… “Label Created, not yet in system A status update is not yet available on your package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is given to USPS. Check back soon.” Seller cancelled sale with refund which I specifically stated I did not want until we figured out the status of the product. I have 100% Buyer rating and never had any problems. I feel this seller is being dishonest with the facts concerning this order. For what reason I do not know.

We sent this item and provided tracking. We refunded the buyer as soon as we found the tracking had not been recorded. The item was lost by the post. We tried to track it but the tracking number could not be found. We also provided a freight quote to a buyer in Queensland Australia and accidentally sent it to this eBay customer. Sorry he has not received it (yet) but we refunded as soon as we found out there was no tracking.
